Casa Bella is well situated in the exclusive area of Monte Lemos, Praia da Luz. The village of Praia da Luz is in the Western Algarve and is an easy drive from Faro airport in under an hour via the A22 motorway. The village has an abundance of restaurants offering food from traditional Portuguese dishes through to modern culinary wonders. Along the front you have the promenade with a number of cafes and bars overlooking the golden sands. The area has some of the best Blue Flag beaches in Europe and enjoys over 300 days of sunshine every year. Within a short drive of the area there is a large selection of championship golf courses to test golfers of all abilities.

Casa Bella is a luxuriously appointed, modern villa that has been constructed in 2008. On entering the villa into the open plan hall you see an expanse of glass and the stunning view to the Ocean. To the left are double doors to the dining area and fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel AEG appliances and black granite worktop. From the kitchen you have the utility room with two washing machines, two tumble dryers and laundry chute from the upper floor. To the right of the entrance hall you have the spacious living room and the ground floor bedroom suite.The first floor comprises of three further suites with a walk around terrace overlooking the outside living area, Jacuzzi and the Ocean. The top floor comprises of a large suite and from the terrace it enjoys panoramic views of the Ocean from the famous Black Rock of Praia da Luz towards Sagresin the west. On the lower floor you have the open plan cinema area, sauna, steam room, wine cellar, garage and bathroom. A bar area extends from the basement out to the swim up bar.

Gardens and Grounds
Casa Bella is approached by three entrances. The first entrance is double electric gates to a raised outside parking area for 4/6 cars. The second entrance is the gate to the front door and the third being the double electric gates to the underground garage for 4 cars. The garden has been very well landscaped with date palms, washington palms, a lawn area and various other trees and shrubs, with white pebbles on flower beds and spotlights up lighting trees. From the ground floor living area you have a large outside living area with a 20ft ceiling leading that has access to an 8 person Jacuzzi. The swimming pool covers 126sqm complete with beach entrance for children and the swimming pool bar for a gin and tonic while enjoying the view!
